Equinor and bp, in conjunction with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), have publicly released the results of two NYSERDA evaluates proposals from offshore wind developers using PSC-established criteria. In total, the developers submitted more than 100 proposals. The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) said the solicitation resulted in "record-setting" competition for an East Coast state. Six offshore wind developers submitted proposals to develop projects as part of New York's third solicitation.
